To provide you with the best care possible, every journey begins with a thorough evaluation. Whether you're a new patient or returning after more than three months, we require an initial assessment before continuing with any treatment plan. This allows us to understand your current needs, address your concerns, and create a personalized approach to your care.
Please note:
A credit card on file is required to secure your appointment.
New patients must complete an initial evaluation before receiving ongoing treatments such as rehabilitation or specialized care.
Returning patients who have not visited in over three months will need a re-examination before resuming treatment.
